Some of these providers process information on our behalf to deliver membership management, class access, appointment booking, payment and claiming services, analytics and website functionality.
We will not otherwise disclose personal information unless you consent, it is needed in an emergency or investigation, required by law, needed to lessen or prevent a serious threat to health or safety, necessary for a legal claim, or otherwise authorised or required by law.

Body composition information
Health and body composition information may be collected through assessments and body composition scanning services provided at Cube Fitness, including InBody scans.
This information may include measurements relating to body composition and other health or fitness indicators. Where appropriate, it may be used by practitioners or staff involved in providing the relevant service to support assessment, programme delivery, exercise or nutrition planning and progress monitoring.
Sensitive information will only be used or disclosed for purposes connected with providing the relevant service, complying with legal obligations, managing health or safety requirements, processing authorised claims or rebates, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
